This preamp is used. I was unable to fully test the unit being that the Rotel amp used with this pre-amp was not operable. The unit powers on. I was able to get sound from the Aux inputs. There was faint low ground noise. Not sure if it was from my electrical system but it was slightly noticeable if you listened closely. Therefore this unit is sold for parts or repair. The case itself is in very good condition with some wear (scratches, discoloration, side rubs) due to age and use. Please review all pictures before purchasing. I ship to the continental 48 states which excludes Hawaii and Alaska. For cost effectiveness, I use FEDEX Ground, FEDEX Ground Home delivery (residence only) or UPS Ground. **Signature may be required** I do not ship to PO Box.
