This preamp is used. I was unable to fully test the unit being that the Rotel amp used with this pre-amp was not operable. The unit powers on. I was able to get sound from the Aux inputs. There was faint low ground noise. Not sure if it was from my electrical system but it was slightly noticeable if you listened closely. Therefore this unit is sold for parts or repair. ROTEL Surround Sound Processor RSP-970 with Remote Tested and works great. Remote has a few scratches as shown in pictures, but works as it should.
