Here you go,Rotel collectors. This is a very rare piece that works, but has an issue. It’s very clean on the inside. All inputs were tested and they work,all knobs move nicely. The problem is the left channel is playing louder than the right channel which clearly shows on the VU meters. when you turn the microphone knob to the on position and move it to the center it sounds equal. I tried a little deoxit but had no luck in solving it. my guess is this unit needs a thorough cleaning by someone who knows more than I do. please inspect all my photos and ask all questions before placing a bid. Also understand that this is a PARTS OR REPAIR UNIT AND THERE IS NO RETURN ! If you don’t agree with this, DO NOT BID ! look at my feedback for packaging and rest assured it will be done right for safe arrival. Bin mit meinem Latein am Ende: Verkaufe schweren Herzens menen Rotel Verstärker RA-812. Sehr schönes und schweres Gerät aus Japan, zweite Hälfte der Siebziger des vorigen Jahrunderts. Schweres Gerät. Habe es selbst bei ebay erstanden und wirklich alles in meiner Macht (und meines eingeschränkten Wissens) stehende getan, bekomme das Ding aber einfach nicht zum Laufen. Ausgetauscht wurden im Zuge der Bearbeitung praktisch alle Elkos, die meisten Transistoren (inkl. Endstufen), einige Dioden und Widerstände. Trafo funktioniert. Woran ich gescheitert bin: der linke Kanal funktioniert nicht. Beim Anschluss eines Lautsprechers fliegt die Sicherung aus. Der rechte Kanal funktioniert eingeschränkt mit Verzerrungen. Allein wegen der Teile wäre es zu schade das Gerät wegzuwerfen. Insofern abzugeben an Bastler, oder ggf. als Ersatzteilträger. Habe einige Messungen gemacht. Die Ergebnisse lege ich dazu - vielleicht sind sie hilfreich. Für die Witzbolde: keine Gewährleistung und keine Rücknahme.

Rotel RA 812 Stammt aus Nachlass Komplett ungetestet , Netzstecker ist verbogen ! Optisch ist das Gerät noch im guten Zustand Technisch wird es klar und deutlich und ohne Wenn und Aber als Defekt deklariert !!! Denke es muss repariert oder überholt werden, habe aber wenig Ahnung davon. Riecht etwas komisch nachdem ich ihn angeschaltet hatte, daher hab ich den Netzstecker lieber wieder gezogen.Denn der sollte definitiv erneuert werden.
