Vintage Automatic Electric?? Bakelite Dial Business Line Black Rotary Telephone Art Decp Display Great old phone

Vintage copper and bakelite phone, rotary dial phone by Atea, Belgian phone factory from the 1956 in aged, beautiful condition. Imperfections should be expected with over 65 years under it’s belt. See the photos. This is RTT 56 A. The A stands for ATEA. The number 56 stands for 1956, the year in which this phone was introduced. The device has a brass carrying handle, so that it can be easily moved. This phone is a great addition to decorate any mid century or industrial styled home. This is a unique, vintage, bakelite telephone. The first one that Ive come across that has the heavier bakelite material and also has the cords, old plug still attached. Theres an off-white button that can be pressed near where the receiver goes. Im not sure what it was used for. Not my area of expertise. So, lots of pictures taken hoping they will speak for the description and condition. I do not have a way to test. Its heavy for size. The scale shows it weighing over 4 1/2 pounds (4.923) Pictures taken of all sides/angles, including top, bottom, close-ups, etc. It measures approximately 5 inches tall with the receiver in place. Thats from the top of the receiver to the bottom of the phone. Across, approximately 8 3/4 inches and that is measuring the widest part of the receiver when its on the phone. Front to back approximately 7 inches. Cool, old, used rotary dial phone. It does show use and age-related wear. And I think it will clean up better. I am selling as I purchased and havent taken time to clean. Again, please look at all the photos and please be your own judge about everything. I am guessing late 1940s, early 1950s but do not know for sure. Thanks for your interest and looking. Different shipping options available.
