We have this preowned Roksan Blak Integrated Amplifier in black. It is in fair condition with some cosmetic marks and scratches which can be seen in the pictures attached. Other than that, it’s a superbly rounded product that’s well made, sensibly featured and capable of very fine sound. Finally, from me :) ... What a stunner of an amp! I have used it with my Rega turntable, hi-res audio cast via Bluetooth direct to the amp, hi-res via a streamer and finally from iPad via a USB to the onboard DAC. More than once the hairs have risen on the back of my neck, this is the kind of amp that grasps your whole attention. Its also a bit of a Swiss army knife. No need for a separate DAC or phono stage as the on-boards are excellent. Its worth reading some reviews online. With an RRP of approx £3300, this is a bargain as its in mint condition. It even has 2 hand remotes and a USB cable in the box. So why am i selling it if its so good? Well i bought it and a Rega Elicit Mk5 and decided to audition them against each other at home. Then I had the opportunity to listen to a Rega Aethos with a separate Rega phono stage and a Planar turntable. It was a definite improvement over the Elicit and so that is being sold also. The Aethos is not as good an all-rounder as the Roksan, for example i dont think the higher frequencies are as accurate, however, i do feel it matches the Rega turntable source better. Especially for the genres i listen to (rap and rock).
