A Triode/Ultralinear switch allows for on the fly switching between Ultralinear operation and pure triode. Ultralinear offers the most power and a commanding grip on the bass while triode provides a slightly softer and more romantic sound. A completely new headphone circuit is based around MOSFET buffers capable of massive current sourcing. The design is basically a simplified single ended version of our RH-5 headphone amplifier and puts out enough power to drive the most difficult headphones for clean crisp personal audio. Spoiler alert—I love this amp!.....Here we have a terrific-sounding, all-tube integrated amp that is so musically engaging, such a joy to use, and such a superb value that it’s completely won me over. The unit is in excellent condition with no visible signs and scratch, sound is more dynamic and spacious, more powerful than KT88 because of its 100 watt output per channel. Come with remote control. Rogue Cronus Magnum III. Very powerful at 100W/channel in push-pull mode, 60W in Triode mode, switchable on the fly. User-switchable output taps, 4-ohm and 8-ohm. Built-in phono stage too! This was purchased at Brooks Burdan and built to-order in 2020, but used very sparingly.The tubes (KT120s) only have about 100 hours on them. Comes with original box, remote, manual, and aftermarket 10ga power cable. Local pick up preferred, as this amp is very heavy, but I will ship in the original carton (pictured).
