Revox Symbol B MKll Acoustics GermanyIn great condition.Brought from Germany.Acoustic system REVox Symbol B MkII, 1987 - one of the best European systems of that time. Nowadays, similar speakers fall into the High-End category, costing more than 1.5 million rubles, and in magazines of those years, these acoustics were in the Reference Class section (then High-End had gradations and this was the highest). It was not conceived as just a top product in the line, but as an uncompromising acoustics, better than which the company did not produce anything. All speakers and filters in this model are made by Studer, which is a professional department of Revox and makes products exclusively for recording studios. In other words, the level of this acoustics corresponds to the professional standards of that time, which were head and shoulders above the current ones. Structurally, these are three-way acoustics with a closed body (does not have standard bass reflexes), compression, with a passive radiator. The suspensions for the bass driver and passive radiator are made of special rubber, the suspension for the midrange driver is made of fabric, and the tweeter is made of a titanium dome. In other words, all the speakers in this model are practically eternal.
