Lovely vintage reel to reel. Revox F36. Superb Swiss engineering from the early days of tape recording. From approximately 1960/61. Stereo quarter track. 3¾ and 7½ ips. Sound-on sound bouncing facility. Recently serviced and working well through internal speaker and phono inputs/outputs. Can demonstrate. But selling as spares and repairs because it has recently developed a slight issue with rewind and fast forward. If you rewind or FF a lot, the metal band (the brake?) on the supply reel flywheel (?) can overheat causing it to bind and stick. Price reduced accordingly. Contains 12 valves. All Philips Miniwatt. Types are ECL82; ECC83: ECC81. Collection only from Warrington Cheshire. It’s very heavy and I don’t trust couriers with it.
