Rega Queen Limited Edition Turntable I have listed it as a RP1, since that is what I have seen advertised, but I think this is a custom model that build on the RP1. Only 2000 of these turntables were manufactured at the Rega facility with 200 heading to the US market. Still in amazing condition - barely used - tremendous sound. The base has a brushed black finish.Platter is thick, heavy glass.The dark Dustcover has no cracks, only a few very light scratches from cleaning, as expected.Hinges are fine.It takes a few seconds to spin up to speed. I dont know whether that is by design or due to loose belt - but an unused belt is included in the box, if needed. It sounded good when I played an LP, but I dont know for sure whether the speed is right on. There might be a possibility the 50Hz motor runs a bit fast at 60Hz - unless the person who modified it compensated for that. I dont have a way to check the speed.Original box and packaging are included. I will ship inside another box to preserve the original box for you.
