Extremely solid power amplifier from the early part of the century. Its in excellent cosmetic condition and perfect working order. I used it for a few days, it sounded great, warm, dynamic and expressive - this is not a painfully forward sounding amp thats going to hurt your ears. However, it will rattle your windows if you ask it to! I thought of it as a Jaguar car - always civilised but with plenty of reserve on tap. Im also selling a 99 pre and 99 CDP-2 today. The Quad 909 Amplifier, very powerful and drives my speakers with ease. I have decided to part with my one as I dont use it as often as I like, it is a very reluctant sale. There are a few scratches on it, not sure with they came from but please inspect the pictures to ensure you are happy with the unit.
