TYT TH-9800 PLUS 29/50/144/430 MHz QUAD BAND CAR Mobile Trunk Radio TRANSCEIVER. This radio turns on and receives but does not transmit audio. It will key up and has no audio output. I read online it’s a somewhat common problem with this transceiver and can be repaired but I just don’t have the time. It also has a slightly bend left volume knob. The knob still turns but it’s stiff. Because of partial operation of the radio it is being listed as parts or repair only with no returns. Daniel-K6YIC
