Silver powder coat looks very nice. Top panel is very very nice. Slight scratches at front right and front left corners. Slight scratch at back left corner. Slight blemishes at back right corner. Very minor scratches along the top of the unit. Sides look almost perfect. Front panel is very handsome with slight vertical blemishes in the middle and tiny blemishes on the front right corner powder coat. ***There is a decent ding on the piano key top at the front right corner (see pictures). It's about 1cm long. *** Top panel is secure. Touchscreen is secure. PS Audio silk art and logo button are quite perfect. Corners are tight and very stable. Absolutely a 9 out of 10. I bought this PS Audio PerfectWave DirectStream DAC with Bridge II (for streaming/Ethernet) used a couple years ago and have enjoyed it greatly while using Roon to stream here at the house.See photos which are part of my description. This black unit came to me with the latest (and I believe, the last) firmware update that PS Audio did for these - Sunlight. The sound of these is amazing! I used the I2S jack (takes your HDMI cable) to feed the signal from their newest SACD player (since been sold, sorry) and my CD collection never sounded so good. I streamed using Roon through the Bridge II and those results were also amazing. Honestly I cannot imagine how they will improve on this with their new Mk II of this product. Comes packed into its original carton with power cord and remote. No printed manual but you can download those from PS Audio. I’m sure their warranty is long out of date on this one by now in case that factors into your purchase decision.
