Der Plattenspieler würde laufen, wenn nicht die Gummipuffer, auf denen der Plattenteller gelagert ist, zerbröselt wären (siehe letztes Bild) Da ich mir zwischenzeitlich einen anderen gekauft habe, überlasse ich diese kleine Reparatur, bei der man evtl. etwas experimentieren muss, gern einem Sammler, der das schöne Teil zu würdigen weiß.Die Nadel ist schon einmal ersetzt worden und nicht mehr soviel benutzt worden.

A new belt has just been fitted.2 Speeds: 33 1/3 & 45 RPM.Automatic or manual operation.I have removed dried-up grease and re-lubricated it.Really nice condition. There is some fading on the right hand corner of the plinth.The dust cover is better than most.Full working order and it sounds fantastic.Classic Japanese audio product.

Anti skate weight for the tonearm of the Sony PS 5520 turntable. This anti skate weight is made as a close replica of the original. It is made to the correct mass value required but it my differ cosmetically to the original manufacturers weight. * Please note that this auction is for the anti skate weight and its monofilament line only. The line is knotted and has a small balancer that goes inside the weight but the end that attaches to the anti skate bar of the tonearm is open ended and therefore you must tie the loop end yourself. Length of the line supplied is 25cm which is enough extra line for a couple of attempts and I will supply extra lines if you feel you might need them for free on request. *

Tone- arm has been fitted with Ortofon OM-5E Cartridge. Records tested with this player have sounded fantastic. Item ConditionWorks and sounds great but the cueing/ reject switch function on the turntable only works intermittently. Playing records manually or on the repeat function has worked fine when we have tested it (seemed to miss the first few seconds of the LP however) but the machine would benefit from a service to be brought up to fully working order.
