FIRSTLY.......This is for service only. I am not selling the tweeters. I have been replacing ferro-fluid in the classic KEF t33a for well over 10 years. Well, I am finding now that any Scans Speak 2905 that is over 20 years old is experiencing the same issue. The original fluid eventually dries out and becomes too thick for the diaphragm to move properly. Especially in the midrange. The overall output begins to decrease as well. I am happy to bring on this new service to my Scan Speak clients. You will need to ship them safely and really protect the domes. Turnaround time is typically just a few days. The price is for one tweet. If you are doing the pair, we can work that out later. Tweeters will be tested upon arrival. They must be functioning tweeters. They are in full working order, with original packaging, and come with our standard three month warranty. Please note cosmetically they are best described as OK, not bad but not great there are a few marks and blemishes plus there is the usual discolouration to fronts where grilles have been in place – please see photographs.
