Like new, purchased new Oct 2023 with no more than 40hrs use. Selling because I recently got a very good deal to a pure tube preamp and would need some cash for the upgrade. Overall the Pro-Ject Tube Box DS2 is well worth the price(even better now since I am pricing this to sell!) Functionally, the Tube Box offers a variety of loading options, is compatible with most MM/MC cartridges on the market, and also supports 2 input/outputs with different loading settings. Also, the fit and finish is really good, and the wood panels add another layer of quality to this already beautifully build unit. Sonically, it sounds very clean and analytical with a touch of tube warmth. I am also throwing in an 18V linear PSU+ power cord (120USD retail) that I upgraded for this unit for free.
