All is as it should be. the door latch is sticking but intermittent. it seems like it is in good shape, and Ill see what I can figure out about the latch. If closing the front door, it seems like it does not want to stick or stay closed. If the latch is operated/run by hand, it works perfectly, every time.. hhmm.. Edit: OK, I added a small amount of mineral oil to the door latch mechanism and it began to operate perfectly.
