The only difference is the shape of the speaker cabinet. On OU and CL. No major blemishes, all Drivers, Tweeters and Woofers are in excellent condition. Plenty of pictures to view, but ask any questions if you need more information or pictures. In picture 11 you can see the slight blemishes, hardly noticeable. And in picture 15 on the back of the speaker towards the top left you can see a scratch. With the naked eye its barely noticeable and its the back of the speaker anyway, it wont be seen.
