This is the plate amplifier from a Polk Audio PSW505 powered subwoofer. It was not working properly so I replaced it with an aftermarket amplifier in my sub. It does work but it cuts out repeatedly when hard bass hits.

Suddenly does not power on. Fuse was OK. Red light does not illuminate. Unit looks OK to me. This amplifier unit is now for sale as is.
