This tweeter is direct replacement to all Polk Audio LSiM series and has been repaired for optimal performance. This unit is strictly for an LSiM series Polk Audio speaker. You must be able to disassemble the tweeter midrange unit in the speaker enclosure in order to install this unit. Im not sure about the part number but this is an original equipment part. See pics

Polk audio lsim704c in used condition. This speaker is in perfect working order and sounds great. I just upgraded to new speakers and no longer have a use for this. I purchased the speaker new from Polk in 2016. It is a 3 way design with separate woofers, midrange and tweeter. This design is superior to polks new reserve series that are only two way with woofers and a tweeter. This speaker is from a smoke free home. The grille is in very good condition. The speaker drivers are all in perfect condition with no dimples or dents. There are some cosmetic flaws in the cabinet which include some white dots on the top of the speaker caused by a detergent that was sprayed nearby. These do not come off since it appears the detergent discolored the paint in those areas. There are also some light scuffs and scratches on the top and bottom of the speaker. I did my best to capture these flaws in the pictures, so please look at them closely.
