When I replaced my supposedly blown tweeter, I noticed that the magnet had separated from the back (glue failed).I re-attached the magnet into the housing and secured it with glue. Sadly, I had already bought a new one before taking the old one out. Tested the tweeter with my signal generator and a 5-20KHz sweep and it sounds great; no crunchies at all. So, having said all that: Because it has been repaired, it is sold AS-IS with no guarantees regarding factory-original performance. The coil measures 3.9Ohms, perfectly fine for a 4Ohm impedance driver.
