Also there is a dent at top left panel front (see photo 11) and a loose top right front panel (see photo 12).I suspect it has a broken clip....but I have not removed case as I may then break it....dont want to do that. Once moved there is no noise...only the music of your choice.There is a MC/MM switch to let you play a Moving Magnet or a Moving Coil cartridge. I have both types and the Marantz excels with these inputs. It has a source direct switch, which bypasses all circuits up to volume.Inputs are CD, Tuner,Aux and Phono. It has 2 tape circuits and copying facility tape 1 to 2.It uses binding post/ raw cable jacks on 2 pairs of outputs. If 2 pairs of speakers in use they must both have an impedance of minimum 8ohms to 16ohms. If ONLY 1 pair in use it can be 4 to 16ohms.
