No pops, crackle, hiss etc. All lights work. 40 watts per channel. Although this is not one of their expensive receivers that now may go for well over $1,000 this unit has features of those more expensive models, such as a midrange control and a loudness switch.I have a 2226B and a 2250. They are better but at least 4 times the price. This unit is a very good inexpensive Marantz in XLNT condition, and sounds very good. Shipping will be $55 to the lower 48. No trades no negative feedback.

Marantz PM 325 amplifier Works fine! Need to replace volume regulator due to some noise.
