Please note that I haven’t done extensive servicing on these units; they were either received in working order or required minor adjustments. The tuning knob also has some damage I believe it’s slightly bent so it will have some tightness when turning but overall still easy to work with. It has a crack in the right side of the shell below the tone arm. It needed a head shell & cartridge which is replaced by the HDCN-15. I like the sound but taste will vary here. For sale is the AC POWER CORD with STRAIN RELIEF removed from a Pioneer PL-400 turntable. From the Pioneer service Manual, part #s for cord and relief are PDG-004 & PEC-058, respectfully. Looking at many pictures from several PL-400 eBay listings... I noticed the PLUGs can have different styles/designs but thats purely a physical/cosmetic difference... they all function the same. Although this cord was pulled from a PL-400 model, it could function as a good replacement for other turntable models in the series (see title and details). Cord and strain relief in excellent shape with no nicks to insulation or exposed wiring.For anyone trying to restore their Pioneer PL-400 back to original, or who has a missing or damaged AC Cord... this is a great replacement cord !Will be packed very well to ensure a safe delivery!Ask any and all questions BEFORE buying!After buyer has left positive feedback to acknowledge everything OK, I will immediately return the favor.
