Upon testing the tuner worked flawlessly with the exception of the memory buttons. Upon opening the foam shim/silencers had disintegrated due to age as shown. REPAIR: Old foam was removed and switches were thoroughly cleaned with Isopropyl alcohol. Felt furniture pads were added as a replacement and now all buttons work flawlessly and silently. This may not be the best long term solution however works well and the next owner could easily remove them and replace with their choice of silencer. All the circuitry looks to be clean and in great shape. Awesome unit, might have some minor cosmetic defects due to age as shown.

Excellent cosmetic condition. This unit powers on but I was having trouble finding clear stations. It would bring in stations but with some static. Some with more than others. I’m not a tuner expert so I’m not sure what kind of service or adjustment is needed. Possibly I had the settings wrong or needed an antenna. The 8 preset buttons all operate but the 4 on the top seem “loose” compared to the 4 on the bottom. They will all select when depressed. Would be a great unit for someone with a little elbow grease.
