Pioneer Stereo Receiver SX-650 Tested See video 0525. This great old stereo sounds as good as it was the day it was bought. I believe the backlight bulb may be burnt out, but the power and stereo light is perfect and gives a soft glow at night. Vintage pioneer Quality You wont find 1 in this condition at this price. I have included a few videos but keep in mind that was just some small bookshelf speakers I use for testing not good speakers you hear.

Headphone socket works and speaker sockets working, not sure why the A speakers have been colour coded with tape. Havent tried the Phono or Tape 1&2 as i dont have any. Pioneer SX-650 Stereo Receiver Face Plate Front Panel Assembly w Glass and Sides. Please examine photos carefully. This is the exact item you will receive. This includes the front panel screws. As you can see in the photos. It also includes the two walnut laminated side pieces. The glass is still intact. And is in very good condition. There are small aberrations on the finish of the silver front which you should be able to see in the photos. There is a very tiny pinhole chip to the left of the AM. label where the function switch goes and another on the right side of the glass. There is some minor abrasions. Aside from that in the bottom, has a stain which you can see in the photos. The top has some abrasions, but nothing really deep. The walnut side pieces are beginning to peel on the laminate. I am leaving these on to assist with shipping as well as giving you the opportunity to re-laminate them if you so desire. To me the rest of the face seems to be very good. You’ll find some typical wear you would expect for something built in the mid seventies but it still shows very well. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to your purchase. It is heavy and I do not want it back. It also is over 40 years old and most likely not up to new standards. The power amps work and the inputs function. The pots and controls need cleaned. Some of the lights are out. The treble control works but is missing the shaft and knob. You should plan on servicing if you intend to use as designed. As a general disclaimer...
