The front loading tray is extremely slow to open and close, strongly suspect the original belt will most definitely need replacing - Allowing the tray to come out requires pressing the start button 2 or 3 times, and on closing, the tray requires a very gentle push to have the tray be fully relocated inside, after which, the tonearm does automatically move across to the correct starting point - The unit unfortunately cannot be tested any further, leading onto point 2 below 2. There is no diamond tip to the cantilever - Albeit the original Pioneer 41MC (Moving Coil) stylus will be included in the sale 3. The mains cable has been extended at some point in its life, but not completed professionally, thus there is black masking tape wrapped around the old/new cable joint...
