I’m selling this vintage Pioneer mini HiFi system, ideal for those seeking a classic audio experience in a smaller setup. Each component works well but has its quirks, which I’ll explain below. Please note that I haven’t done extensive servicing on these units; they were either received in working order or required minor adjustments. Components Included: Amplifier: Pioneer SA-3000 •Details: This integrated amplifier delivers clean, warm sound typical of vintage Pioneer gear. It has multiple input options, including phono, tuner, and auxiliary, making it versatile for various sources. Received in fully working condition with no need for repair. Tuner: Pioneer TX-3000 •Details: The TX-3000 is a reliable analog tuner with smooth dial operation and precise tuning capabilities. It picks up FM/AM stations clearly and adds a nostalgic touch with its classic design. •Condition: This one has a sticky am button & will need to be pulled when you want to switch to fm. The tuning knob also has some damage I believe it’s slightly bent so it will have some tightness when turning but overall still easy to work with. Cassette Deck: Pioneer CT-3000 •Details: This cassette deck features solid performance for both playback and recording, with user-friendly controls. It offers a great way to enjoy your tape collection or create mixtapes. •Servicing & Cosmetic Condition: I ended up replacing all the belts in this unit as well as adjusting the azimuth for a clearer listing experience. Turntable: Pioneer PL-3000 •Details: The PL-3000 is a belt-driven turntable that offers smooth, stable playback for your vinyl records. It features a classic Pioneer design with adjustable tracking and anti-skate controls. No complaints about playback. •Servicing & Cosmetic Condition: This unit was given to me in ruff shape. It has a crack in the right side of the shell below the tone arm. It needed a head shell & cartridge which is replaced by the HDCN-15. I like the sound but taste will vary here.
