This is best described as a joy to look at and listen to. The Pioneer PL-15Dii is a classic predominantly wood & metal turntable from the 70s. The base (plinth) is a beautiful wood veneer (likely mahogany) on a heavy wood frame. The motor is heavy-duty (see pictures). The entire turntable is 16.8 lbs. (7.5kg). The quality of the build and components explains why this turntable is still highly desirable. This is in showroom quality (see pictures to evaluate the cosmetics).
