For sale is a single, HP-015A-1 film-type SUPER TWEETER removed from a 70s vintage Pioneer, EARLY version HPM-60 loudspeaker that had cabinet damage. Same type tweeter was also used in Pioneers speaker models HPM-40 and HPM-100. Tested and works perfectly.... and in great cosmetic shape.Note! I can include screws that were used when I bought speaker but they are NOT the original install screws... they dont have the cone-shaped heads that recede into holes as good as originals, but they will work ok. DONT buy tweeter if this is an issue !!! I can also include the rear foam gasket... it is a little deformed due to the way factory misaligned gasket so buyer will need to reform gasket and create a new screw-hole in foam gasket if used. These rear gaskets get really thin as they age. I sometimes make new ones. This sale is for a set of 2 Pioneer woofer speakers from the early model HPM-40. Pioneer part number for this speaker is 25-730A-1. Pioneer also made a later model HPM-40 and the parts are not interchangeable.The speakers have an OD diameter of @ 10 7/8. these have had their foam surrounds replaced. I use the voice coil shim method which is the most reliable way to refoam speakers, therefore they also have new dust caps. These speakers have been tested and are in good working condition.
