Pioneer CS-66e Loudspeaker SystemMid-Century Modern, High-Quality Walnut Oiled Cabinetry Completely Enclosed 3-speaker, 3-way cabinet This classic vintage Pioneer CS-66e loudspeaker system is in excellent condition. It looks great and sounds great. The mid-century modern enclosure is made of walnut and is oil-finished. The inside of the cabinet is filled with a large quantity of sound-absorbing material to eliminate standing waves and other adverse effects. The front is provided with the oil-finished walnut grille developed by PIONEER. The grills are exceptional. The sound is a pleasure to listen to. The 3 drivers in each cabinet were tested and performed as expected (see test your speakers like an audio engineer). There are plenty of reviews of the CS-66e and listening is always a subjective experience. The best way to appreciate this system is by reviewing the pictures (all sides photographed). Pioneer CS-66G - Rare Vintage Speakers. A rare pair of vintage Pioneer CS-66G speakers… In good condition for their age, please see the pictures. If you look closely a few of the plastic clips on the grills are missing, and one of the wooden grill ‘waves’ has a small break in. One of the speakers has a worn corner. The only other thing to note is that the speaker wire terminals were a bit temperamental on testing, but when they were tightened well, they seemed to be absolutely fine. Other than that, all tested and working great! Easily removable grills, with velcro connections. Dimensions - Each speaker is 55cm/21 3/4” High, 32cm/12 1/2” Wide, 29cm/11 1/2” Deep Weight - 12Kg Each Postage is with parcel force and each speaker will be sent separately to reduce the risk of courier damage given their size.
