Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. If you bought the wrong item, we will be happy to take it back but you must send it back to us within 3 days and the item must be in the same/original condition, must match the serial number on the invoice and our warranty sticker must have not been tempered with.
