Welcome to my listing for the Setup & Maintenance Jig designed specifically for the Pink Triangle PT1, PT Too, and PT Export turntables. This jig is based on the successful Linn/Thorens setup jig that I have been selling on eBay for several years. However, it is tailored specifically for the Pink Triangle range of turntables, including the mentioned models, which have removable bases. It may also be beneficial for the top access range of Pink Triangles (LPT and Anniversary) as it allows for eye-level setup. Special thanks to Ross for providing me with the dimensions of his Pink Triangle turntables and the last four images showcasing them in the jig I supplied to him. Key features of this jig, carried over from my LP12/Thorens jig, include: 1. Side cut-outs to facilitate the loading of the turntable into the jig.2. Thumbwheel adjustment feet, providing easier leveling and clear access to the Pink Triangle spring adjusters located on the sides and back face of the plinth.3. Soft rubber feet bonded to the side frames, enabling the adjustment feet to be retracted and enhancing the jigs grip on its resting surface during non-leveling tasks.4. Felt-lined supports to prevent potential scratching of the plinth. The frame is both strong and lightweight, capable of supporting a weight of over 30 kg (although this is not recommended). This demonstrates the jigs durability and capability. The provided supports allow for easy placement of the turntable into the jig and enable the removal of the base without any interference. Additionally, the turntable can be inverted within the jig, facilitating convenient and effortless upgrades, replacements, or repairs. The frame is delivered flat packed and can be easily assembled by slotting the panels and braces together. It can also be collapsed for flat packing when not in use, ensuring convenient storage.
