The CD player powers on, but won't read the CD. It coukd be the belt needs replacing, as it won't spin when plugged in and turned on. This is a vintage Seiko PHX-50CD portable CD player from 1990. It is a 1st generation device that can play CDs and has a CD changer capacity of 1. The device has a black color and is made by Seiko Instruments, Inc. It has outputs for a headphone jack and line out, and features Hi-Fi. The device is electric and has a unit quantity of 1. It was manufactured in Korea and has a plug regional fitment of Type A.
