Stage Accompany agreed that the Philips/Marantz is a more beautiful designed tweeter...fully cast aluminum ca 5KG each! The SA8520 is indeed a good tweeter... but in a cheaper outfit. This tweeter can be used as spare in Philips or Marantz systems...or other high-end speakers who have equipped this fabulous tweeter. For sale: Philips Famous RSQ8P isophase membrame / foil / ribbon. Came out the mighty 4500 gramm planar driver....the best Philips tweeter ever build! Piece of real vintage gear. Its in used but working condition. I only have 1.... works 100%!Just the naked membrame measures 5,2 Ohm, wich is a good number to say something about the condition of this foil.Cause the age and usage might seen some discoloration, but its in audible.
