Philips CD880 CD Player - the King - featured the CDM1-MK II Deck + Genuine TDA1541A S1 Crown DAC chip , Full working order and SUPERB condition. ********This is the 120V North America version******** This player was bought from a retired Philips tech who moved out of Canada. I have been told it has been fully recapped and everything works as it should. He showed me the things under the hood and it appeared he did an excellent job. The CD880 has one of the best Philips die-cast zinc CDM-1 Mk II Deck - Rodenstock glass-lense (not the cheap plastic lense). Something that definitely is not made anymore today.... The TDA1541A and the 2x NE5532 were mounted on the Gold Plated IC sockets, making Op-amp rolling easy and fun. You can use any Dual Monolithic op amps or Discrete op amps (e.g: Sparkos Labs SS3602, Burson V6 etc...). Includes the Original manual (NOT Copy) and the Original Remote control, all in Superb condition. Please examine all photos to assess the Superb condition. No Return on vintage HiFi gear please. Will be very well packaged for safe shipping.Note: It comes with the two Original transportation locking pins, this is a MUST for safe shipping.
