Welcome! Great youre interested in my item.I have for sale this Philips tube radio. From 1959, seriously: it looks more modern, but Philips was ahead of its time back then. It is unusualy wide. It is an Bi Ampli. Some of you will know what that means , some not. Just to make sure: it means this radio has a seperated l/r tube output amp. A lot of radios did have a single output, with a split. This one is powerede seperatly on the left and right.Speaker outputs are for 800ohm speakers. for 110-240 V, at 50 hz.Currently used as a 220V model. Issued with several aux lines for turntable ( ceramic) and tape, wich means you can also hook up your phone or a audio device with blue tooth. Several speaker lines too. Dimensions (WHD)743 x 345 x 290 mm / 29.3 x 13.6 x 11.4 inch . 12W output per side, speakers: 2x AD3800BM (400 Ohm, 18 cm, full range).2x AD2300B (400 Ohm, 7 cm, mid & high frequencies, 1st order high pass). About the condition: great, only minor marks of use and age. Package will be good: no worries. I have shipped tube radios before. Also these big ones.One thing: I cant ship this in 1 piece, the chance to damage the diall glass is just too big.By the way: this is the only bi ampli radio I know that has an acrylic dial glass. ( that is original, Philips was once again ahead of its time) Anyway: the radio will be dismantled. One box will contain the chassis, the other one the rest. Youll get any guidance youll need to put it back together. Ill make a manual for you and you can ask me anything. This one is big and heavy: about 16 kilo. It is expensive to ship, sorry.
