I have for sale a Philips CDR-765/17 CD Dual-Deck Audio Player Recorder. Shows slight signs of wear but overall it’s in very good condition. Please inspect photos carefully as they form part of the description. The recording CDR side works great. It records and plays CDs. The playback side doesn’t work and won’t play CDs. It appears that it’s not spinning the disc. Please note that this unit is designed to use CDR Music CD blanks to record. Regular CDR Data CDs won’t work. Selling AS-IS for parts or restoration.

Ein gut angesehener CDRW von Philips mit einer defekten linken Schublade. Ich habe beide Laufwerke getestet und beide lesen und spielen CDs gut. Ich würde annehmen, dass das Schreiben auch funktioniert, habe es aber nicht getestet. Ich glaube, dass die linke Schublade repariert werden kann, und werde das untersuchen und möglicherweise selbst versuchen, es zu tun. The unit powers on and seems to work well in that aspect. The left disc drive opens without issue. The right disc drive does not open. The unit was not tested any further after that. It’s being sold as is with no returns.

Philips CD player/recorder Model No. CDR 765 made in Hungary. I played a couple of CDs on here with no issues. I am not familiar and unsure how to hook this up for the recording one CD to the other. Has normal wear, light scuffs and scratches, but no dents. Approx. weight is 9 lbs. before packing. and approx. size is 17 X 12 X 3 1/4. I placed anew Music CD in the record side and played a Who Cd. The record light came on, but I am still not sure if this is working correctly. So once again, being sold as is for parts or repairs and no returns. This is being sold as is at a reasonable starting price and with no returns. Note: I do not pay for return shipping on any stereos and electronics. Exact shipping by UPS Ground to lower 48, USA only.
