I did plug this in and it is moving when I hit play, rewind and fast forward. Also door opens when I hit eject. I do not have a cassette tape to test this though. The switch covers for play, fast forward, etc are plastic and snap on. I say this because they might come off in shipping or such, so you simply need to clip back on. This is for an Optimus SCT-86 Stereo Cassette Tape Deck. The back says it is model 14-654. I dont have speakers or a tape to test it, but you can see that it powers on and when I press play, rewind, and fast forward, the gears turn. Not sure if the tape counter works. You dont get the tape measure, that was just to hold it up.

It has the usual scuffs and scrapes from use, but works perfectly! We ship the same business day in most cases.
