Es handelt sich um das Spitzenmodell der Marke, den „JC3+“, der von Analog-Legende John Curl mitentwickelt wurde, dies ist auch an der Signatur auf der massiven Frontplatte des Vorverstärkers zu erkennen. Nur die Referenzgeräte von Parasound tragen diese Signatur. Für mich war dieser Vorverstärker ein absoluter „Eye Opener“ und hat mir gezeigt, was so alles im Analogbereich möglich ist. Das I-Tüpfelchen ist der absolut schwarze Hintergrund bei der Wiedergabe, wodurch dynamische Musik erst so richtig Spass macht. Im Gerät selbst ist sogar eine Art Power-Conditioner verbaut, um die bestmögliche Funktion zu gewährleisten, des Weiteren sind die Kanäle (L/R) in einem Doppel-Mono Aufbau gefertigt. Der Vorverstärker ist für MM- und MC-Tonabnehmer geeignet und bietet natürlich verschiedenste Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Einen Schalter für die korrekte Wiedergabe von Mono-Schallplatten besitzt er ebenfalls. Schaut Euch einfach mal die Berichte zu diesem Vorverstärker an, ich kann sie nur bestätigen.
