I have over 10 years of CD player upgrades and troubleshooting, including proper belt replacements. I know of no seller on e-bay that will show there work or perfrom the necesary maintenace. Most CD player lasers will last a long time. Most important is to upgrade the power supply electrolytics.

If these mandory maintenance procedure are not done listed below, you will find yourself with a potentially inoperative CD player that will fail eventually!! NOTE: All CD players greater than 8 years need their belts replaced due to stretching and deterioation mandatory. Top chassis was refinished in a satin black with 4 coats of a water-based top coat suited for metals. Although not perfect, I would say good.. Power supply region was upgraded with Nichicon KA high temperature audiophile grade electrolytics.

This player using 2 belts which were replaced. All microswitches were cleaned and deoxidized using Caig DeOxit. The entire CD tray sled mechanism was cleaned and re-lubed with silcone greased used for plastics and metal. Laser lens cleaned with photographic lens paper. Smoke Free Environment.

Front display LED is fully intact, player tray and operating mechanisms fully functional. Rear RCA inputs polished. Rear shows missing screws but are installed.

Does NOT include remote. Comes with a copy of the owners manual. Comes with a generic IEC cord. TESTED.

Selling my Parasound GMAS-18 with an ADCOM GFA-555 amp. The GMAS-18 was fully rebuilt in 2020 along with the cabinet repainted to the gloss black you see over the wood look.
