Tape decks play, but I dont think they FF or RW properly Radio will need an Atenna for reception (not included) CD works and sounds phenomenal These older systems can be sensitive to touch or movement, make sure the speakers are a good distance away from the main unit with it being placed on a stable platform This unit has been tested thoroughly. I loved the bass and sound quality, so it was used for a while! Good cosmetic condition - missing speaker covers A remote is included, but I dont think its for this particular unit. Panasonic SA-AK27 Stereo System 5 CD Disc Changer Bi Wire Speakers No Remote. Sold as spares repairs as there is a fault with both tape decks, and both speakers are missing their lower nets and the domes on both are dented, see photos Bi Wire Speakers both working well and sounding good, despite the knocks to domes on both. Fixed Cables on each approx 5ft in length No remote control 5 disc cd changer working well. Buttons along the top select disc to play, to the right is a control for opening each of the 5 trays. There is a ring to rotate for changing the Sound Eq, tested and working well. Small size headphone socket tested and working well Both tape decks open as they should, spindles inside have rust but are still turning. I took the back off this unit and there still appears to be viable belts inside. When you press play cassette plays for a second or two, then changes side and same again and changes side again. No sound from cassette can be heard at any time, it doesn’t seem to get started properly, am not sure what the issue is. Radio tested with an small aerial attached, sound is ok but reception should be better, needs a stronger aerial or a better signal area. No aerial included Both main units and speakers have some scratches and marks. Some scuffs to front of main unit.
