There is no sound floor (just pure silence). You get exactly what comes off of the disk as the editors made it. They sound amazing. The HDMI, digital coaxial (RCA coaxial), and Toslink (optical) connections work with BluRay, SACD, and DVD players. The Digital Transceiver connects to Panasonic wireless rear speakers. The XR700 is the ultimate Panasonic receiver. For stereo mode, it allows three amplifiers to power each signal (300 Watts per channel).
