Im selling a USED, TESTED, WORKING Outlaw Model 990 Preamplifier. This unit is in perfect functional condition with no issues whatsoever. Cosmetically this unit is a 9/10 near mint with very few signs of use. Ive taken detailed photos to try and show the cosmetic imperfections.
