This is a pretty good sounding unit. The new needle makes it even better. It comes with an original Technics Aluminum head shell.I played one side of one album ONLY on the new needle.The resistance is very close on both channels as well. No cross talk. If you have bad OCD, the label can be removed with a cue tip and alcohol, but then you will forget the model # later, so I would leave it.That is up to you, after you buy it.

Works as it should, in nice condition. The plastic lid is scratched up and a bit yellowed.
