Ortofon VMS20E MK II Cartridge w/ Original D 20 E MK II Stylus & CAP210 Adapter – A This listing is for one used Orotfon VMS20E MK II cartridge. The cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter & the results are posted in two of the photos. The readings are very close & have a difference of less than 0.7%. The cartridge has the rare CAP210 capacitance adapter installed. It is designed to improve the midrange frequencies by bringing the total capacitance to 400 µP. It is removable. (See the 11th photo.) The included stylus is a used, genuine Ortofon D 20 E MK II. It is in very good condition, with plenty of hours left. The stylus has a “nude” .2 x .7 mil elliptical tip & the tracking force is .8 ~ 1.2 grams. Since the cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter & this combination has been visually checked, there are NO returns or refunds. All of the cartridge/stylus combinations I sell are sold AS IS - in working condition. I do not offer ANY type of refund, exchange, or return on these cartridge/stylus combinations. If you have an issue with sibilance, it probably means that the cartridge/stylus is not a good match for your tonearm. Not that there is anything defective with this cartridge or stylus. Note: The cantilever (the thin silver tube which the stylus tip is mounted to) is the fragile part of the stylus assembly. The stylus needs to be handled carefully. If the buyer breaks or bends the cantilever when un-packaging, inserting the stylus assembly into the cartridge, or handling the cartridge once the stylus is mounted, I will not be held responsible. This includes while mounting the cartridge to your headshell. It is best to mount your cartridge somewhat loosely first. Then install the stylus. Once the stylus is mounted into the cartridge, adjust the cartridge for the correct overhang for your particular turntable. If you are unfamiliar or inexperienced with installing, mounting, & adjusting cartridges/styli, please have an experienced professional do the installation for you. Great looking vintage turntable Has been tested with Rotel amp and speakers and is all working fine - would recommend replacing rubber platter mat as it is a bit misshaped in some areas. Auto return is working fine, plays fine on both speeds and for both 12 and 7 inch records Cosmetically in decent condition but has some staining on the surface ( presumably it belonged to a old smoker at somepoint ) but it does come away with some effort Dust cover is intact with no cracks Please see all photos for condition

Lovely vintage Marantz 6107 with lid only showing mild signs of age, certainly no deep unsightly scratches....fitted with Ortofon VMS 20E Mk II and Stylus......and working auto stop function.....these turntables rarely raise their heads and thats a shame as theyre rather good and aesthetically pleasing pieces of kit, the original rubber sprung feet had perished so I have replaced with plastic ones retrieved from an old Stanton T/T I had laying about....please view pictures..... Delicate to ship so UK Mainland sale only Im afriad....£15.00 with Parcelforce....will protect with bubble wrap, carpet underlay polystyrene etc for transportation...and will remove counter weight, head-shell & cartridge, tape tone arm down and maybe remove platter and plug.....the domestic UK 3 pin is far superior to our European cousins weedy and puny and svelte electric plugs but can be known to cause havoc with delicate turntables lids in transit !!Please see feedback on last T/T sold below....and the very many other items sold and happy buyers...wow! talk about being well packed!!
