Original needles are available; however, most seem costly as this cartridge is no longer made. There are sellers in Canada and Europe; couple in USA, that offer replacements that fit this cartridge. I can’t provide specific seller names; however, in the SEARCH box put ORTOFON FF15XE Mk. II and limit the price between $20 and $40. You could also try $10 minimum in your SEARCH.
