Origin Live Encounter Mk3 tonearm. This is a superior, highly reviewed tonearm from one of the top audio manufacturers in the world. The current model (Mk4) sells for around $2000.00 US. The arm is complete, with only a little marring at the edges of the cartridge mounting slots (see photo) and light scuffing at the edge of the base (see photo). This in no way affects the performance of the arm. The only issue is that the cuing mechanism no longer stays in the cocked position when fully raised, but gradually sinks down in the normal cuing motion onto the record. Every other aspect of the tonearm is completely functional as with a new arm. All original paperwork and instructions are included along with an Ortofon device for setting the tracking weight. The tonearm will be shipped in the original packaging and packed very carefully. (Please be aware that the transport screws, which are in place, must be removed before using.). The geometry is identical to a Rega tonearm and is a drop in replacement. I have truly enjoyed this arm and I am only selling it because I recently purchased an Origin Live Illustrious tonearm, so this one is now surplus. I promise you will enjoy it too!
