All items are held in stock in our warehouse based in Newton Abbot, Devon. With a fantastic local road network and access to all major couriers, we can ship rapidly within the UK and internationally until 18:00 on weekdays to suit your needs. Warranty and returns All items come with a 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not include items not wanted or items damaged by user error. Items returned physically damaged either in transit or by the purchaser will void the return, items returned and found to be not faulty or not match the reason of the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our shipping and processing costs. In the unlikely event your item arrives with physical damage, we need to be notified within 24 hours of signing for the goods, whereupon we will immediately send a replacement, if one is available. We will then make a claim against the courier for damages, you will need to keep the original item with all original packaging for them to inspect it. We cannot accept any claims outside of this time frame sorry. Data Loss Disclaimer Data from computer hard drives and other storage devices can be lost for a number of reasons, including failure of the drives themselves, viruses and spyware or other software problems, it is therefore strongly recommended users maintain a regular backup of important data to an external storage device such as a USB stick or a cloud server.Whilst every care is taken to prevent any damage to a device during the repair/fitting and shipping processes there is a potential for data loss and therefore important data should be backed up prior to the device being sent.
