I am the original owner of this player. I have all of the original packaging, remote and power cord. It also includes the original owners manual and my original purchase receipt. The unit powers up and cds will load. The unit does not always read the disc on load up. Sometimes it does but it is not consistent so I am selling as for parts not working. I feel like for the right person this may just need to be cleaned or maybe it is an easy fix. The unit was state of the art when it was new and works great when it reads the disc. The remote is worth the purchase price and it works fine too. Bid with confidence.

Oppo DV-981HD DVD Player High end, audiophile DVD player in excellent condition. Complete with remote control, printed manual, OEM dust cover, power cord, and original box. Only unit currently listed on eBay that is complete with all accessories, all in beautiful condition. As for testing, we hooked it up, put batteries in the remote, and tried several DVDs. Everything worked without a hitch. Will ship in the original box, complete with custom-fitted foam cradle, which is then placed within a much larger box filled with foam peanuts. It will be extremely well cushioned. All that being said, due to the expense and effort of shipping the unit like this, we will not accept returns on this item.
