Oppo BDP-83 Blu-ray Player w/ Remote, manual & Bag Read Description!!. When I received this, the tray didnt open. I knocked on the top of the device, right above where the tray would come out and it opened right up. Ive since have not had the tray door jam but I want to be transparent in that it may be a possibility in the future. One thing I found then was holding it so that the tray door was parallel with the ground made the tray open. I included a picture of the rubber band that controls the tray mechanism and it looks taught so perhaps it was just stuck from inactivity where the rubber band was stuck to the plastic and once it just giggled it was fine. Like I said, Ive opened and closed it about 100 times since then and hadnt had an issue. This does include everything but the original box. Instructions, remote, bag and power cord. A great machine for audio and video philes alike! The guy I bought this from actually upgraded to a newer Oppo model. Ive since downgraded to an Xbox One X. Email me if you have any questions!
