Onkyo Integra P-304 Stereo Preamplifier acquired from the family of the original owner. Although this preamplifier works it has a couple of small issues easily remedied. One of the RCA jacks on the CD input has lost its outer shield. A common issue, when the RCA cable attached it pulled off fast the small shield pops off with it. Easily repaired by a technician or handy Andy. A small 1/8 area of the power cord has weak insulation where it exits the unit, the conductor wasnt showing. Just in case I placed a small piece of electrical tape around the small area of the cord. Tested and working, all inputs follow their dedicated signal path including phono (CD couldnt be tested on both channels due the RCA jack issue). All switches, controls, indicator lamps, etc. work as they should. Cosmetically a few small marks here and there but nothing eye catching or objectionable. Please view the auction photos. Onkyo Integra P-304 Stereo Preamplifier Unit shows cosmetic wear but has been tested and is in good working condition. The only particular issue I came across is some scratchiness in the balance knob. You usually have to find a bit of a sweet spot and it it tends to cut out if turned all the way to the left. Most likely cleared up with contact cleaner, but I have not opened this unit to investigate. Previous owner scratched their information into the back of the unit and has been covered with electric tape. I also currently have an auction for an Onkyo Integra M-504 Stereo Power Amplifierif interested. Package weighs approximately 20lbs and cost of shipping varies by buyer location. Free Local Pickup can also be made available. Package will be insured for final amount and require signature at delivery.
